Multi-family Services
We have a lot of experience with multi-family properties. From the time of a potential sale, where we become the eyes for an investor, taking exterior photos of all buildings, model units, parks, pools, tennis courts, trash receptacles and more, to then returning to the property and documenting all changes once the investor has completed the new construction. We are aware of the laws that surround multi-family marketing and can work with the onsite employees to make sure all are in compliance. All images provided are high resolution and come with an unlimited usage license.
