• How do I prepare for photography?

• What is your turnaround time?

  Our company policy is 24 hours, but we strive for a same day turnaround.  If you have an appointment at 3:00pm or later, you'll get your images back the next day.

• Realtor Photos vs Others?

  Pricing for real estate photography is based on usage.  It is a disposable service for realtors; however, builders, contractors, commercial properties, multi-family, and others receive larger files that will be used for multiple purposes for a longer period of time, ie: websites, offering memorandums, long term marketing materials, etc.

• What do you edit?

  We are happy to provide blue skies on a cloudy day, color correction when the sun or another light source is contaminating an image, or even take away a small smudge, but we do not offer editing of any kind that would misrepresent a property, or removal of objects that can't be moved at the time of our appointment.  We refer clients to our favorite Virtual Staging company for those who are in need.  Click here for Virtual Staging.
